Design and construction of tools

• Design of progressive die, single, punching and bending tools for the details in accordance with the documentation;
• Design of tests, control and measuring instruments, gauge;
• Highly qualified designers;
• Design of dies based on the AutoCad and VISI systems.

Prototyping

• For the initial phase of the project it is possible to carry out prototypes of the details in accordance with the specifications;
• Cooperation with the customer on product development after carrying out the prototype;
• Production of smaller series of the details from the previously-carried out prototype tools.
